The DIY Alambic is an installation / performance based on an alambic made from a recycled water heater.
At a time where economic resources allocated to culture are drastically reduced, this installation becomes a privileged tool for transforming wine in alcohol in order to prepare the next exhibition opening.
The alambic produces an original eau-de-vie, called “fine”, coming out at 80° which benefits from a double distillation.
